Netherlands based architect UNstudio was unveiled Scotts Tower in singapore. positioned near the shopping district and overlooking nearby parkland, the residential block of 231 dwellings will offer sweeping views of singapore city. clustering penthouses and apartments of varied types and scales around gardens, this highrise integrates the experience of a city, neighborhood and home all within one structure. a community sky terrace and gardens create four subdivisions along the height of the 31-story structure. each generated zone will contain a different atmosphere with its own identity, producing the experience of naturally diverse urban development.
a vertical frame organizes the architecture and program within the building while the sky frame arranges the amenity and green spaces. balconies provide perspectives directed towards either the city or park depending upon the elevational location of the grouping of dwellings. corner terraces at any height offer panoramic vistas of the encompassing landscape. recreational facilities for residents include a 50 meter lap pool, children and wellness pools, sunning deck, barbecue and meeting pavilions
